Thermal Design Announces Addition to Inside Sales Staff
Bolstering Inside Sales Staff to Improve Customer Service

Madison, Nebraska—September 26, 2005—Thermal Design is proud to announce the hiring of Eric Smith to their sales office in Madison, Nebraska.

Eric will become the Eastern Territory Sales Manager, assuming duties from Matt Moeller who will transition to National Accounts Manager. His responsibilities include all Northeastern states and Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Eric’s background includes experience as a Farm Bureau Insurance salesperson and residential sales trainer for MCI in Springfield, MO, training telemarketers on selling long distance service. In 1993 he moved his family back to Wayne, NE, to be closer to family and to raise his children in a small town. He then became Operation Supervisor with Wayne Grain & Feed. He sold livestock feed for Arbie Feeds of Marshalltown, Iowa, until March of 1998. He has worked at Heritage Homes as a carpenter for four years.
